Keep My Own Promise

Actually, I'm too afraid to make a new promise again
I'm afraid I cannot keep it or make it.
I was told once that something bad may happen if I just leave the promise without any considerations.

Promise. Lie.
There was a time when I regretted making promise which in the end I could not keep it rightfully.
It seems I just lied to everyone, to myself, and to God.

I was full of regrets.
Now, I'm still afraid making a promise.
I'm afraid I will only cause troubles on it.
